At The Ivory Garden, we take pride in curating beautiful, high quality pieces for your little girl. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Our Policy Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed.
We accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances only: ✨ The item arrives damaged or faulty ✨ The item is significantly different from what was described or pictured ✨ The wrong item was sent to you
These rights are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to Lodge a Return If your order meets the above criteria, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by sending us a direct message on Instagram at @theivorygardenau with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and any damage or fault
We will assess your request and respond within 2 business days.
Sizing We strongly recommend carefully checking our size guides before placing your order. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing selected by the customer. If you are unsure about sizing please contact us on Instagram before ordering and we will be happy to help.
Refunds If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
